MID-SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS
Mid-semester examinations are conducted at the midpoint of each semester as part of the Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) framework under NEP 2020.
SCHEDULE
Mid-semester examinations are typically conducted in the 8th to 9th week of each semester. The exact schedule is announced through the college notice board and website at least 2 weeks in advance.

GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS
• Syllabus: First 50% of the semester syllabus
• Duration: 1.5 hours per paper
• Question paper pattern: Short answer + long answer questions
• Minimum marks to pass: 12 out of 30 (internal component)
• Students absent without valid reason will be awarded zero marks
MAKE-UP EXAMINATION
Students who miss the mid-semester examination due to medical reasons or other genuine emergencies may apply for a make-up examination within 7 days of the original examination date, with supporting documents.
