The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of St. Xavier's College, Burdwan is constituted as per NAAC guidelines with the following composition:

FUNCTIONS OF IQAC

  • Development and application of quality benchmarks

  • Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment

  • Arrangement for feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders

  • Dissemination of information on quality parameters

  • Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops and seminars

  • Documentation of various programmes and activities

  • Acting as a nodal agency for coordinating quality-related activities

  • Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR)


MEETINGS

The IQAC meets at least once every quarter to review quality initiatives and plan future activities.
