The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of St. Xavier's College, Burdwan is constituted as per NAAC guidelines with the following composition:

FUNCTIONS OF IQAC
- Development and application of quality benchmarks
- Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment
- Arrangement for feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Dissemination of information on quality parameters
- Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops and seminars
- Documentation of various programmes and activities
- Acting as a nodal agency for coordinating quality-related activities
- Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR)
MEETINGS
The IQAC meets at least once every quarter to review quality initiatives and plan future activities.
