The Research and Development Cell (RDC) at St. Xavier's College, Burdwan coordinates all research-related activities and encourages interdisciplinary research across departments.

The cell organizes research methodology workshops, seminars on emerging research areas, and provides guidance on funding opportunities from UGC, DST, ICSSR, and other agencies.
