To ensure dedicated and streamlined administration, the founder body of St. Xavier's College, Burdwan, initiated the registration of a new, specific society. In March 2016, the St. Xavier's Burdwan Educational Trust was officially established. The administration and management of St. Xavier's College, Burdwan, have since been brought under this Trust. The day-to-day governance and administration are now vested with the College's Governing Body, operating under the Trust's mandate.
